1 | feasibility

We guide you through the steps to help you understand if Glamping is possible on your land or at your destination - like the cost of your build, ROI, business modelling, local competitor analysis, planning feasibility, forward planning, and operational requirements. We offer this service on two levels: a very simple, affordable high-level feasibility study which doesn’t necessarily require a site visit, or more in depth consultancy and detailed site survey if required. Our Glamping experts range from specialists in rural and farm diversification projects to accommodation expertise in the visitor attraction industry, such as Zoos and Theme parks.

2 | concept design

Once we are positive about the feasibility of your Glamping project we engage in a concept design process specific to your project. This may be as simple as selecting what type of Glamping structure/s you will use on your development and producing a simple drawing package initially. However, we do pride ourselves on our ability to take this further and embark on an exciting design process where we explore the style, aesthetics, operational requirements, visitor experience, specific to you and your location. There are many companies providing ‘off the peg’ products, but we are confident we can create something more personal to you that will make your Glamping operation unique, attract a higher price per night, and ensure that these prices are sustained into the future.

3 | planning

We will help you through your application from preplanning to full planning. We have specialist planning consultants and architects available to provide a turnkey solution or to work alongside your own architect and have the resources to find the wisest approach to your planning application and produce all the drawings and documentation required. From our experience planning can be painful and take time, and it is worth taking expert advice to ensure minimum delays and get your glamping operation up and running as soon as possible.

4 | detail, Design & Specifications

We’ve told you how obsessed we are with design detail. That also goes for the construction drawings, calculations and specifications required to make the imaginable buildable. The accuracy of these is essential to our promise of enduring quality craftmanship and detailed functionality. Again, we will consult with architects and structural engineers where required and ensure our designs are compliant with planning or building regulation requirements.
